Few things I enjoy more than a good smoothie bowl and this Peanut Butter, Banana Mocha Smoothie Bowl is just perfect. It is basically filled with so much deliciousness that it really could be considered a dessert. You could also call it breakfast and basically have ice cream in the morning. Makes sense right?
Life has been a little hectic lately and easy meals and smoothie have been on the menu lately. I am prepping for a big lifestyle shoot with a photographer friend of mine. I am SO super pumped for it but they do take a good amount of work. I really can’t wait to share it with you all though. I will be posting some “behind-the-scenes” pictures and videos on my Instagram on Saturday. SO be sure to head on over there to follow me.
Smoothie bowls are a really fun way to get a lot of different flavors and superfoods in to one bowl. One of my personal favorite variations is my Strawberry Smoothie Bowl…well and this one obviously. I always say that smoothie recipes are more of a template. Feel free to get creative and add any of your favorite food and flavors.
Enjoy!
