Kick up your morning with this Mocha Smoothie bowl with peanut butter and banana. 


  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup cold brew coffee
  • 3 Tbsp yogurt or kefir (optional)
  • 3 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 Tbsp protein of choice – I use THIS collagen
  • 1 large banana, frozen
  • 810 cubes of ice

Optional Toppings

  • Banana
  • Cacao nibs
  • Pecans
  • Chia seeds
  • Raw honey


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth but thick. Add more ice if necessary.
  2. Top with your favorite toppings or the ones listed above.
