Ingredients
Scale
- 1 Cup full-fat canned coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- ¼ tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Scraping of ½ vanilla bean or 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp raw honey or 5–6 drops liquid stevia
- 5–6 cubes ice
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
