Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Cup full-fat canned coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • ¼ tsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Scraping of ½ vanilla bean or 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey or 5-6 drops liquid stevia
  • 5-6 cubes ice


Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
