Tropical Pitaya (Dragon Fruit) Smoothie Bowl

Description

A beautiful and delicious tropical smoothie bowl made from dragon fruit, banana and strawberries. Topped with more fruit, cacao nibs and chia seeds. 


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 2 packs frozen Pitaya packs
  • 56 frozen strawberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • ½ cup almond or coconut milk

Toppings


Instructions

  1. Place the banana, pitaya, strawberries, vanilla and milk in to a high speed blender and blend until it is smooth but a very thick consistency.
  2. Top with coconut, pineapple, blueberry, chia seeds and cacao nibs if desired.

  • Feel free to get creative and add any of your favorite smoothie bowl toppings!
