Description

A refreshing Tropical Matcha Smoothie bowl made with pineapple, frozen banana and energizing matcha tea. A delicious breakfast or mid-day snack.


Ingredients

Tropical Matcha Bowl

½ frozen banana

2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder

1 cup non-dairy milk

 

Optional Toppings

Fresh Mango

Fresh Raspberry

Chia Seeds

Purely Elizabeth Granola


Instructions

  1. Add the frozen banana, pineapple, matcha and non-dairy milk to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth but very thick.

    Top with mango, raspberry, chia and granola or any of your favorite toppings.
