- 1.5 cup frozen raspberries
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ½ tsp camu camu (optional)
- 2 Tbsp collagen protein (or protein of choice)
- 1 Tbsp MCT oil (optional)
- 1 tsp Dr. Cowan’s Three-Beet Powder
- 3–4 cubes of ice
Toppings
- Banana
- Pecans
- Cacao nibs
- Chia seeds
- Honey
- A little more beet powder
Instructions
- Add all of the smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth but still thick. Top with your favorite bowl toppings or the ones listed above.
