Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

  • 1.5 cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ tsp camu camu (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp collagen protein (or protein of choice)
  • 1 Tbsp MCT oil (optional)
  • 1 tsp Dr. Cowan’s Three-Beet Powder
  • 34 cubes of ice


  • Banana
  • Pecans
  • Cacao nibs
  • Chia seeds
  • Honey
  • A little more beet powder


  1. Add all of the smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth but still thick. Top with your favorite bowl toppings or the ones listed above.
  2. Enjoy!
