This Fajita Steak Salad is a lighter version of the classic dish we have all come to know and love. Crunchy lettuce topped with marinated steak, sautéed peppers onions, tomato, cilantro and a creamy avocado dressing.
One of those steak salad recipes that is so satisfying while also being incredibly healthy.
Few things I love more than Mexican food and love to find ways to lighten up classic dishes and make them healthier. Who doesn’t love a simple and amazing steak fajita recipe?
I am really excited about this fajita steak recipe because it focuses on all the delicious meat we received from a grass-fed meat company called Butcher Box.
This company was created because Mike, the owner, realized that a lot of people wanted to buy grass-fed and quality meats but were have trouble gaining access to them.
Butcher box is grass-fed meat company that delivers straight to your door each month.
Each box is customizable because you can choose between a mixture of chicken, pork and grass-fed beef.
Honestly, the options are really endless.
I personally went for the all beef box and one pack of sugar-free bacon because I wanted to be able to take advantage of good quality grass-fed beef. So far we have enjoyed many delicious burgers, fajita steak salads and those wonderful bacon sliders.
