- 1 Tbls grass fed gelatin
- 1 Tbls ground Chia seeds
- 1 Tbls coconut oil
- 1/4 of an avocado
- ½ cup warm brewed coffee
- 1 Tbls Sun butter or almond
- 1 Tbls cacao powder
- 1 Cup coconut or almond milk
- 1 Tbls raw honey
- Dash of cinnamon (Optional)
Instructions
- Add the coffee, gelatin, coconut oil, chia, sunbutter, cocoa, milk, honey and cinnamon to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add a few cubes of ice and blend until desired smoothness.
- Pour in a glass and enjoy!
