Early Morning Protein Shake

  • 1 Tbls grass fed gelatin
  • 1 Tbls ground Chia seeds
  • 1 Tbls coconut oil
  • 1/4 of an avocado
  • ½ cup warm brewed coffee
  • 1 Tbls Sun butter or almond
  • 1 Tbls cacao powder
  • 1 Cup coconut or almond milk
  • 1 Tbls raw honey
  • Dash of cinnamon (Optional)


  1. Add the coffee, gelatin, coconut oil, chia, sunbutter, cocoa, milk, honey and cinnamon to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add a few cubes of ice and blend until desired smoothness.
  3. Pour in a glass and enjoy!
