Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Seed Bark

Description

Dark chocolate bark loaded with cacao nibs, pumpkin seeds and shredded coconut. A simple and delicious dessert to snack on. 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz dark chocolate
  • ¼ cup cacao nibs ( I use this one )
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup coconut flakes( I use this one )
  • Dash of Himalayan Pink Sea Salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Add the chocolate to a large glass bowl and melt in the microwave or over a double boiler.
  3. Once the chocolate is melted mix in the cacao nibs, pecans, pumpkin seeds and coconut flakes.
  4. Pour the mixture on the baking sheet and use a knife or spatula to spread it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle with a little salt if desired.
  6. Let the mixture set for 1-2 hours and then break the bark in to pieces.
  7. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator

Notes

  • In a rush? You can let the bark set in the refrigerator or freezer to speed up the process.
