Cucumber Gin and Tonics

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ounces gin (we prefer Broker’s Gin)
  • 1 ounce E Harlow Pristine Tonic
  • 4 cucumber slices, quartered.
  • Soda water


Instructions

  1. Put the cucumber and gin in a mixing glass and muddle the cucumber (about 30 seconds).
  2. Add the tonic and then fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for about 60 seconds or until the drink is cold.
  3. Use a Hawthorne strainer and double strain the drink by having a fine mesh (coco) strainer over your glass.
  4. Top with soda water and enjoy!
