- 3 oz dates, pitted (I prefer Date Lady)
- ¾ cup smashed avocado
- 1 large banana, peeled
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup creamy almond butter
- ½ cup cacao powder
- 1/8 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt
- Add the pitted dates to a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Add the remaining ingredients and puree until smooth.
- Store the chocolate pudding in an airtight container and let cool for 2-5 hours.
- Top with cacao nibs or your favorite toppings
