Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk
  • 2 small apples (peeled and cored)
  • 1 Tbls almond butter
  • 1 Tbls coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 drops liquid vanilla stevia (optional)
  • 45 cubes of ice

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in the blender except the ice and blend thoroughly.
  2. Add the ice and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
